google_color_text = "00FF80"; google_color_url = "CC0000"; //--> </SCRIPT> <SCRIPT src="http://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/show_ads.js" type=text/javascript> </SCRIPT> </P> <P>&nbsp;</P> <P>记：舰空导弹在设计之初主要是拦截飞机而非反舰导弹，现在仍大量装备的这些导弹还有多大效用? <BR><BR>　　赵洪亮(以下简称赵)：这些导弹对于某些大型反舰导弹还是可用的，“标准”对10～20米高度的反舰导弹有一定拦截能力，但效率低一些，所以搭配“拉姆”等末端系统。中近程“施基利”、“海麻雀”杀伤低界都在10～15米，有一定拦截掠海导弹的能力。 <BR><BR>　　要了解防空导弹的目标就要了解反舰作战的过程。美国航母编队在进行反舰攻击之前都有预警机探测，然后进行电子干扰，对防御舰艇的制导雷达进行反辐射导弹攻击。一般是分几个舰载机编队，第一波预警指挥干扰编队，第二波反辐射火力压制编队，然后是几个波次的空舰导弹攻击编队，最后是用制导弹药打击以扩大战果的编队。 <BR><BR>　　像反辐射导弹本身较小，速度大，很难拦截，反舰导弹里的高空俯冲型也很难打。对于制导弹药的攻击，由于此时防御一方已无防御能力，也就谈不上防空导弹对其的打击了。 <BR><BR>　　记：如果先进行反辐射攻击，由于现代反辐射导弹射程大都不足100千米，均在“标准”SM一2和SA—N一6等射程之内。而且考虑到目标机动和打击更有把握，其实际射程就更近，这样载机在发射前就可能先遭到对方舰空导弹拦截了。这个矛盾如何解决? <BR><BR>　　赵：作战有情报系统，事前会很清楚你的情况。如果知道你有“标准"-2，能打到100千米，但“标准”一2可能只是12千米高度才能打到这么远。如果目标在6千米高，你可能只能打到60千米；如果目标在300米高，你可能打到20千米就不错了。我要在300米高度发射反辐射导弹，离你30～40千米你也打不着我，而且这时你的搜索跟踪制导雷达都对准我了，反而更易被我锁定。如果事先我情报侦察到你只有“施基利”或“海麻雀”，充其量射程不过30千米，这时我在任何高度打你都没问题了。美国舰艇上都有完善的数据库，对方各种雷达的频率都会立刻清楚，总之它的反辐射攻击不会贸然进行。 <BR><BR>　　记：反舰导弹射程越来越远，再加上海基中远程巡航导弹、长航程无人机等空中目标，是否意味着舰空导弹未来将很难威胁到载机，而只能被动拦截它们的武器? <BR><BR>　　赵：反舰弹、巡航弹都可以由预警机指挥，平台在目标的视距外装订发射，目标确实只能拦截它们发射的武器。 <BR><BR>　　仁锋(以下简称仁)：这也体现了攻击永远处于主动地位，防守总是防不胜防。反舰导弹和巡航导弹增加射程的难度比防空导弹增加杀伤区的难度小得多，防空导弹一味追求攻击敌方武器的发射载机，将使其发展走向死胡同。 <BR><BR>　　记：中远程舰空导弹的杀伤低界都较高，是什么原因?这样使其拦截掠海导弹很困难。 <BR><BR>　　赵：区域舰空导弹都比较大，都上吨重。如兼顾低界，包括雷达等所有配套设备都得兼顾，代价太大，还不如专门搞一型。比如舰上的跟踪雷达要对低空目标探测，触及海面易把波瓣分裂，影响探测。所以雷达设计时就得强调抗杂波、抗多路径效应等。而雷达对付远程目标又得强调发射机的功率，以能达到探测二三百千米，同时接收机灵敏度要高，但这样又易受低空海面杂波干扰。由于这些矛盾，研制时还不如把难度分解开.分别研制。从导弹上讲，“标；隹”只有很小的边条翼.“里夫”只有舵，没有翼，这些低阻设计都是为远射程服务的，而“海麻雀”翼展很大，是为了机动性，所以导弹本身也很难兼顾低界性能。 <BR><BR>　　这样，掠海导弹就不是区域舰空导弹的主要作战对象。对此只能用末端自卫系统，如“嘎什坦”、“拉姆”、“巴拉克”、“海光”等。 <BR><BR>　　仁：中远程舰空导弹的作战使命侧重于制空，而不是拦截掠海反舰导弹，拦截掠海弹主要由近程、末端舰空导弹和近程火炮完成。 <BR><BR>　　记：防空导弹的现有制导体制是如何形成的? <BR><BR>　　仁：防空导弹的制导体制有很多，最常见的就是指令制导和半主动寻的制导。在早期防空导弹中，多采用遥控式制导系统，如波束制导、指令制导体制。但这一类制导体制中远程防空导弹很少用，用的大多是半主动寻的。随着对射程和精度需求进一步提高，现在的防空导弹大多采用复合制导。 <BR><BR>　　赵：这里涉及到防空作战要面对的三个问题。第一是防空思想，第二是防空装备体系，第三是制导方式。防空思想方面，美国是航空兵主动防空.其它国家只能是被动防空。关于装备体系，美俄都是以中远程防空导弹为主，配以中近程导弹。从制导方式看，俄罗斯的中远程导弹基本都是半主动寻的制导.如“里夫”、“施基利”等，近程的都是指令制导，如“克里诺克”、“嘎什坦”等。美国不是这样，“标准”以及以前的“黄铜骑士”(中远程)、“达旦人”、“小斗犬”等都是半主动寻的。 <BR><BR>　　记：中远程舰空导弹为什么习惯用半主动寻的制导体制，而不用主动寻的制导体制? <BR><BR>　　赵：防空导弹是一种消耗量较大的弹药，不能不考虑到费用。主动雷达头价格要贵很多，因为它功率要高体积还要小，价格就高。近程导弹口径小，更难搞主动导引头，所以价格更高。由于防空导弹可能多枚、多次拦截一个目标，作战费用就是大问题。而且主动雷达头作用距离近，要有远距离指令制导才能送导弹到更远的地方由主动头捕获目标。因此中远程还可用半主动体制，太远只能用被动雷达制导体制了。 <BR><BR>　　对半主动寻的导弹而言，发射舰艇如果发射跟踪用的电磁波，反射波回到舰上以后是用于跟踪的。如果发射照射波，是为了反射到防空导弹上用的.而反射到导弹上时，导弹要知道目标相对导弹的坐标位置和相对速度，这就要从直波通道获取基准信息。 <BR><BR>　　记：直波通道怎么理解? <BR><BR>　　赵：半主动寻的导弹需要己方发射舰艇发射两个波束。一个射向目标.一个射向导弹自己。射向目标的照射波束会有回波，回到发射舰艇上的没有用处，回到防空导弹上的那个就是回波信号。舰艇射向导弹本身的波束就是直波，因为是直接发射而不是从目标上反射回来的，所以叫直波通道。飞行中的防空导弹就是靠目标回波信号和本舰直波信号的差解算目标相对于自己的运动参数。 <BR><BR>　　目前，发射舰艇可以只发射一个波束就能同时完成对防空导弹和目标的照射。用很窄的主瓣照射目标，而用较宽的旁瓣照射防空导弹，导弹尾部有直波接收天线。旁瓣虽弱，但因为是直接接收.所以能量还够。主瓣窄是为了精度，旁瓣较宽，所以能捕获上防空导弹。 <BR><BR>　　记：如果不用旁瓣，而是发射舰艇上再弄一个主瓣对准防空导弹，是否可行? <BR><BR>　　赵：那不容易对准。主瓣要对准目标，照射器必须对准目标，不能搞两个发射机。如果再增设一个专门照射己方防空导弹的雷达，则必须保证照射目标的电磁波同频率同相位，否则防空导弹接收到信号后也无法确定目标真实相对位置。而两个发射机可以做到同频.但做不到同相位。你拿两个同频率的正弦曲线上下放到一起，坐标系上下对齐，就能大致体会到两部发射机无法控制波束做到同相位。 <BR><BR>　　如果是一个发射机，即使能分出两个主瓣，也无法做到控制另外一个主瓣对；隹自己的防空导弹。因为你对准目标的那个主瓣是由一个跟踪雷达控制的照射器发出来的，一个天线怎么能同时对准目标和己方导弹? <BR><BR>　　明白了半主动寻的的原理.就会理解主动寻的导弹与之的区别，这就是：主动寻的导弹的基准信号就在弹上的发射机里了，只需弹上的导引头发射电磁波然后接收目标回波就行了。但缺点就是探测距离近，所以必须用复合制导，比如“主动寻的+指令制导”，这又增加了系统复杂性，所以中远程一般不用主动寻的。 <BR><BR></P> <P>&nbsp;</P> <SCRIPT type=text/javascript><!-- google_ad_client = "pub-4906016512430009";
